At LA VAGUE, we maintain an absolute No Return, No Refund policy. Due to the limited nature of our drops and exclusive production, all purchases are final.
Limited Drops
Our items are produced in limited quantities. Once a drop is sold out, we generally do not restock, which makes exchanges and returns impossible to fulfill.
Accuracy
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing an order. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@la-vague.store
- Include photos of the defect or damage and your order number
- If verified, we will send a replacement if stock is available
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit
