Strict Policy: At LA VAGUE, we maintain a strict No Refund policy. All sales are final once an order is placed and processed.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure all details (shipping address, item, size, color) are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges (Size/Color)
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Our pieces are often sold out shortly after release, making exchanges impossible to guarantee. We provide detailed size guides for every product to help you make the right choice.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@la-vague.store within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item if stock is available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
LA VAGUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LA VAGUE will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
